1913 – A Year of Revolution and Innovation!

1913 was a game-changing year in history! America gets a new president, while the world is rocked by two Balkan wars. American women demand the right to vote, and the Middle East’s crisis may have begun over… grapes! Meanwhile, Mexico experiences a political upheaval, and Henry Ford revolutionizes industry with the invention of the assembly line.

In New York, Woolworth builds the world’s tallest building, the Yankees officially get their name, and Grand Central Terminal opens its doors. Meanwhile, the Lincoln Highway connects New York to San Francisco, and—believe it or not—the brassiere is invented.

Join us for a fast-paced journey through a year that changed the world!
