Explore the music of Johann Sebastian Bach that master of modern music (even though he lived hundreds of years ago).  Bach wrote the book, both literally and figuratively, on what makes music 'tick'. We explore his musical world, his style, some of his great works, and his legacy. Barry Wiesenfeld  make his complexity understandable and it's an ear-opening lecture (the second most popular after The Beatles.)  Barry Wiesenfeld is a freelance musician, a published author and is on the music faculty of SUNY and Ramapo College. He has accompanied Grammy-winning artists, performed on three continents, and has played on numerous recordings, radio and TV.   This program is via Zoom.  Register on the Mahwah Library website and you will be sent the Zoom Link 24 hours before the event.
