Elected the third President of the United States after a bitterly-fought campaign he organized the Louisiana Purchase and commissioned Lewis and Clark to explore the western territories. Join Tom DeStefano, teacher of History at Bergen Community College, as he explores this complex founding father. This program is both in person in the library and live streaming via Zoom.
