Come hear Irene Curran, retired teacher from Monroe Twp. and literary lecturer, speak about the quiet voice and artistic talent behind The Tales of Peter Rabbit. Irene will talk about the woman, the writer, artist and farmer in detail. One of the world’s best loved authors, Beatrix Potter is famous for her enchanting tales of naughty animals such as Peter Rabbit. A prolific writer and illustrator, she created stories that would entertain and engage generations of children. This program is both in person in the library and live streaming via Zoom.
