The 2024 Total Solar Eclipse is here! Drop by the library to view a live stream of the solar eclipse from the Exploratorium telescope station in Torreón, Mexico. Torreón will be in the path of complete totality for 4 minutes and 27 seconds between 1:16PM and 1:21PM EDT, one of the longest totality viewing locations in the world. This close-up viewing experience will be broadcast live without commentary, featuring a soothing sonification soundtrack as you watch this incredible cosmic event. We will restream the event once totality has completed for those who would like to join later.
