Feeling stressed? Upset? Blah? Join Ms. Debbie in the Large Meeting Room for a quick break from your life. We’ll breathe to ground you, gently move to release tension, and settle for relaxation/guided meditation to leave you feeling refreshed. Drop in every 10 minutes from 2:30-3:30 and enjoy this quiet space just for you.
