Program Description

Event Details

Stress is part of our everyday lives.  We experience stress even when we prepare for the happy moments in life like weddings, earning certifications, degrees, having children/raising them, home renovations, being selected for our dream (fill in the blank) and even a well earned retirement. Sometimes the stress can be very overwhelming.  In this workshop we will explore tools that will help you to manage your stress better, reducing the negative impacts caused on both your physical and mental well-being.

Jill Chiert is a Human Resources, SPHR professional.  Her career includes corporate training, workforce planning, organizational development , succession planning and program development.  She has worked in large corporations and for non-profits. Jill has created and implemented mentoring programs as well as presented continuing Ed programs on topics like Life after Retirement, Managing Stress and Positive Aging.  Jill has also provided programs for fellow widows and widowers on Identity  (Who am I now that I have lost …..) and What’s Next.  As a program director for a non profit for women 50 and older, Jill provided and facilitated programs on navigating the transitions in our lives and "making the jump" (taking the next step).  Jill has a Masters in Training, BBA in Marketing and holds certifications in Elementary and Middle school math , MBTI as well as an SPHR in Human Resources.
