Event Details

Join Joan Tarrant for a 45-minute chair yoga. You will need to bring a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks (available at “Five and Below”), tissues, water and comfortable clothes. This is a great opportunity to stretch, breathe, move, and relax together doing gentle yoga poses while seated or standing with a chair. 

No registration is necessary.  This is a drop in program but space is limited to 20.
