Program Description

Event Details

Photo slide lecture will begin at 59th and Lexington, and will meander through the streets of New York City viewing the holiday lights and window decorations, as only New York City can do it. Slides will include, among others, the UNICEF Snowflake, Radio City Music Hall, the Channel Gardens at Rockefeller Center, and a host of gaily decorated storefronts and hotels, including Saks, Trump Tower, and St. Patrick’s. Lecture will include some historical facts of the key sights, and works of art, making the experience much more enjoyable and entertaining. Presentation is the next best thing to being in New York City and guaranteed to put you in the holiday spirit. This program is offered both in person and via Zoom. If you want to join via Zoom, registration is necessary (don’t forget to give your email address). Registration will close 24 hours before the event and we’ll send you the Zoom meeting number, password, and URL meeting link at that time. You can join us in person or via Zoom.
