Looking for a space to meet? The Library offers meeting space for groups of up to 125.
Quiet study rooms are intended for collaborative work, short meetings, quiet study and research by individuals and small groups of up to four. Mahwah residents may reserve a quiet study room for one hour up to a week in advance.
Individuals, community groups, charitable and commercial organizations are welcome to apply for the use of meeting rooms, as available, on a fee-per-use basis. Meeting space is made available to eligible non-partisan, secular community organizations and tax-supported government bodies for public meetings on an equal basis, provided that the use of the meeting room does not interfere with the effective use of the Library by the general public or the regular operation of the Library.
Requests must be made through the online reservation system, and making a reservation confirms that the individual booking the room understands and agrees to all Mahwah Public Library policies regarding meeting and study rooms
