Need Tech Help? We’ve Got You Covered!

Drop in for a one-on-one session with Luke Jannazzo, computer engineering student from the University of South Carolina Honors College, for personalized assistance with basic computer and internet functions, navigating digital collections like Libby, Hoopla, and Kanopy, and using library digital reference resources—plus more! There is no need to schedule an appointment! Let us help make technology work for you!

Please note: We are unable to assist with the following and reserve the right to decline service for issues that fall outside the scope of basic computer skills:

  • Filling out government-related forms, including tax-related matters, and personal information.
  • Specialized technical issues with laptops and/or cellphones that require advanced expertise beyond basic tech help, such as:  diagnosing/installing hardware, fixing software failures, or dealing with complex device-specific problems. These tasks typically go beyond what library staff can assist with.
  • As a courtesy to others who are seeking tech help, we ask that you try to keep your session on topic and limited to 30 minutes.
