Event Details

Brain drained? Body stressed? Emotions a tangled mess? Come to the Large Meeting Room and relax.  We’ll listen to some music, do some breathing exercises, guided meditation, and a bit of gentle yoga to help you let go of end-of-year worries. Led by Ms. Debbie (RYT, CRYT). Just bring yourselves. Water and a snack will be provided. The class starts at 2:30 PM, and grades 9-12 are welcome; younger students may join as they arrive, as space allows.
