Teens in grades 5 and up can join us to learn how to create Hollywood-level movies and express yourself through the diverse art of filmmaking! Taught by an award-winning student filmmaker, The Lighthouse Initiative Filmmaking Program covers all aspects of film production from handling a professional film camera to shooting on a green screen, editing video in specialized software, and more!  Classes run every Thursday for 8 weeks and will build upon the previous week's instruction. 

The classes will be held on Zoom, and the Zoom info. will be emailed to everyone before the first class.

Registration is required for this event.  Registration opens for Mahwah library cardholders four weeks before the date of the event.  If you don't have a card, visit the Library to sign up today.  Our neighbors are welcome to register two weeks before the event.
