Through images and narrative, historical interpreter Eric Nelsen brings the story of the Palisades to life: from fishermen’s villages to palatial estates, the epic struggle to preserve the ancient cliffs, and the thriving beaches and campgrounds of the Depression and New Deal era. This program is both in person in the library and live streaming via Zoom. Registration is necessary on mahwahlibrary.org events calendar (Don’t forget to give us your email address). Registration will close 24 hours before the event. We will send everyone the Zoom meeting number, password, and URL meeting link at that time. You can join us in person or on Zoom.
