Michiko Tomioka, MBA, RDN, CDN, IFNCP, a registered dietitian nutritionist with a focus on plant-based diets and mindfulness, shares her expertise in chado (the way of tea) and offers insights from her practice in Kyoto and Manhattan. Michiko's extensive experience includes roles in nutritional settings and public speaking, making this an opportunity to embrace harmony and community.
