Event Details
Join Joan Tarrant for an hour long gentle yoga. Bring your mat, blanket, blocks, tissues, water and comfortable clothes. This is a great opportunity to stretch, breathe, move, and relax together doing gentle yoga poses, then partake in a deep relaxation with Tibetan Singing Bowls during the meditation.
In person attendance is limited to 20 people, first come first serve.
This program is offered both in person and will be streamed live on Facebook.
