Join tea expert and food historian Judith Krall-Russo for a journey to The Emerald Isle, where strong black tea is enjoyed throughout the day and night, often accompanied by scones or tea cakes. Hearty, satisfying meals are commonly enjoyed both at home and in the pubs scattered across the countryside and cities. Known for their warmth and hospitality, the Irish are famous for their friendliness. Ireland is also a land rich in myths, legends, and folklore, where leprechauns and fairies still capture the imagination. Come discover the charm and enchantment of this fascinating country!
