Program Description
Event Details
Join us to create a community work of art in celebration of this year's Summer Reading Challenge theme, "Color Our World"! We'll gather on the library's front terrace to decorate one large canvas together in a modern art style that will be displayed in the library all summer long. Each registrant will receive a small cup of paint and be directed to an open spot on the canvas. You can pour the paint in an artistic design, ask for a brush to move it around, or even use your hands if you feel so inspired. Please dress for mess in case you get paint on yourself! Children and adults of all ages are welcome to register.
Due to the unpredictable weather and extreme heat this week, we will be painting our canvas downstairs in the Small Meeting Room.
