Program Description
Event Details
Exercise your minds as well as your bodies in this fun yoga class. We will learn basic yoga poses, and create some of our own. Breathing techniques and brief meditations will also be explored. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water. Yoga mats provided, or you are welcome to bring your own.
