Celebrate Memorial Day with a salute to the Americans who gave their lives in service. The Waldwick Band will present a concert of Americana and Patriotic music. They will cover music from the time of Colonial America to the present time. The Waldwick Band is a volunteer music organization based in and supported by the borough of Waldwick. The band's repertoire is an eclectic mix of fine music selected from original compositions for concert band, orchestral transcriptions, music from the Broadway stage and film scores, big band favorites, and great marches. The band owns an outstanding concert band library of over 2100 titles, including John Philip Sousa originals dating from as early as 1891.
Registration is required, priority given to Mahwah residents with a Mahwah Library card. Mahwah residents may register starting 4 weeks prior to the event; non-Mahwah residents may register starting 2 weeks prior to the event.
We strongly recommending everyone, regardless of vaccination status, wear a mask or other face covering while in the Library, including attending events.
