Energize your workout and unlock your full potential with Lucrecia “Luli” Venosta’s dynamic full-body class! This empowering session blends functional training with a mat, small stability ball, and elastic band to boost strength, balance, and mobility. Flow through fun, core-focused, low-impact exercises, both standing and on the mat, that challenge your stability and coordination while building real-life power, control, and confidence. Perfect for all fitness levels, this uplifting class will leave you feeling strong, centered, and ready to move through life with ease!

All you need to bring is a yoga mat and some water. 

Registration is not required; this class is on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of 20 participants

This program is offered both in person and will be streamed live on Facebook.  To view live on Facebook all you would need to do is go to https://www.facebook.com/MahwahPublicLibrary/, Select the X in the upper right corner when it asks you to log in, (you can also log in if you have an account) and Joan will be the first post since she will be live.
