Lisa Russell is a dedicated Tai Chi and Qi Gong instructor as well as a New Jersey Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist.

Teens entering grades 4 and up can come and chat about what they've been doing or reading over the summer, all while enjoying delicious iced tea and other snacks! Participants can also create dinosaur origami crafts, and play dinosaur trivia!
