3D Rhythm of Life, a LATIN-TROPICAL-SOUL band founded by drummer/leader Michael Tate and guitarist Chris Amelar, have created a unique style that blends Funky Latin Pop, Salsa, Island Grooves and Rhythm & Blues. Multicultural and bilingual, this remarkable group from New York City have produced 6 records, 2 Grammy nominations and have performed at major festivals and venues for over 18 years.
Diverse, Dynamic and Danceable is the band’s musical signature. Members of 3D Rhythm of Life have shared the stage and worked with the likes of Marc Anthony, Jennifer Lopez, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Kid Creole and the Coconuts, Chaka Khan and many more. 3D Rhythm of Life is a musical experience that respects the traditions of the past while creating the sounds of the future.
