Join us with chamber music composer and guitarist, Carlos Pavan who will perform acoustic, traditional music from Argentina (tango/folklore) and contemporary original compositions. Classical Guitar Magazine calls it “striking music, great originality”.
New York based composer-guitarist Carlos Pavan skillfully blends Argentine rhythms with classical and jazz concepts. He has performed in major venues such as Lincoln Center, New England Conservatory (Boston), New York City Center, Washington, New Jersey Tango Festival, Connecticut Festival Guitars of the World, San Francisco/Long Island and Connecticut Public libraries, Kaufman Center and internationally in France, Argentina, Canada, Ireland, Portugal and Japan.
